Is there a free trial?
Using our basic services such as thumbnail generation is completely free without signing up, however the files will be deleted after a month.
What are the differences between plans?
All our plans offer CDN access replicated in 15-19 locations worldwide, as well as over 70 locations in Asia. All contain unlimited storage, direct linking, no ads, image compression and dynamic resizing. Our premium options include higher bandwidth as well as API access.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
All our plans have a minimum of 12-months signup, you may choose to de-activate your account but you will still be charged for those 12 months.
What is the file size limit?
1GB upload limit per file, each file can be a media, document, or compressed file.
What CDN zones do you offer?
Currently, we offer a range of North American, EU and Asia CDN on all plans. NA has 15 PoP locations, EU has 19 PoP locations and APAC has over 70.
How does the CDN improve my website's performance?
Our CDN (Content Delivery Network) stores copies of your images on multiple servers around the world. This helps reduce latency by delivering images from the server closest to your website visitors, improving load times and the overall user experience.

Is my data secure?
Yes, we take your security seriously. All paid plans feature fully fledged 256-bit data encryption, your data is encrypted to the highest standards.
How long do we store your images once we generate a thumbnail?
If using our free service, images are deleted after 1 month of creation, so make sure to save them once generated.
Do we store backups of your data?
While we perform periodic backups to safeguard data, we are not liable for any data loss that may occur. Therefore, we strongly encourage all users to maintain their own backups of critical data.
